1. General Refund Policy

Krivi Isha Technologies is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations across our various services.

2. Smart Book Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellation Period

You may cancel your Smart Book order within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided:

• Physical books have not been shipped
• Digital content access has not been activated
• Original payment receipt is available

2.2 Post-Delivery Refunds

Once physical books are delivered and digital access is activated, refunds are only available in case of:

• Damaged or defective physical books
• Technical issues preventing digital access for more than 7 days
• Significant content errors or omissions

3. ERP System Cancellation

ERP system subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Refunds are prorated based on unused subscription period. Setup fees and customization charges are non-refundable.

4. Wi-Fi Project Cancellation

Wi-Fi infrastructure project cancellations are governed by individual project agreements. Cancellation terms may vary based on project stage and investments made.
